What types of PDF forms are supported?
Conflery works with any fillable PDF form including government tax forms (W-9, 1099, W-2), employment documents (I-9, job applications), legal contracts, certificates, permits, and custom business forms. The PDF must have fillable form fields (not just a scanned image).

How do I map data columns to PDF fields?
After uploading your PDF and data file (CSV or Excel), you'll see a visual field mapper. Click on any field in the PDF preview, then select which data column should fill that field. Our smart mapper automatically suggests matches based on field names. You can also set default values for fields that should have the same value across all PDFs.
Can I use Excel files instead of CSV?
Yes! Conflery natively supports Excel files (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsb) in addition to CSV files. Simply upload your Excel file directly - no need to convert it. We'll automatically read the first sheet and use your data to fill the PDF forms.
How many PDFs can I generate at once?
The number of PDFs you can generate depends on your plan. Free users can generate up to 10 PDFs per month, Pro users get 1,000 PDFs per month, and Business users get 10,000 PDFs per month. Each PDF corresponds to one row in your data file.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes. Your PDF templates and data files (CSV/Excel) are processed securely. We use industry-standard encryption and don't store your sensitive data after processing. Generated PDFs are available for download immediately and then removed from our servers.
